DELIVERY

UK Delivery -
Delivery costs includes your HannahMary Jewellery packaging.
The standard starting cost per order is £5.00 but can vary depending on the total value of the order.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class recorded and Special Delivery services. And retain proof of postage / tracking numbers.

International Delivery -
Delivery costs £8.00 per order, and the parcel will be sent International Signed / Airsure. Again tracking numbers and proof of postage are retained.

We make all jewellery to order, so your piece will be sent within 1 - 2 weeks from the time of Payment.
However, it is worth noting that upon request many items can be prioritised. We always endeavour to meet your last minute deadlines and pride ourselves in attempting to do so. If you need an item immediately please do not hesitate to contact us regarding the possibility of it being in stock for immediate dispatch.
Your parcel will require a signature on receipt.
All payments must be received and authorized before shipment.

PACKAGING

Your jewellery will be sent to you wrapped in some acid free tissue paper and a snazzy draw string pouch or a beautiful box depending on your order. Included will be a HannahMary Jewellery business card with a little added information.
Please rest assured that I always package our items securely and safely with care.

RETURNS
 
Personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable, unless they are faulty.
 
When ordering a ring or bangle, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the size they order is correct. If the item is the size you ordered, no refund will be made.
 
Regrettably earrings cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.

On receipt of your purchases you have 1 week to notify HannahMary Jewellery if you wish to return your item.
Please contact HannahMary Jewellery before returning any items that you are unhappy with at: orders@hannahmaryjewellery.co.uk.
Items must be received at the workhop within 28 days of receipt otherwise no refund will be given.
 
FAULTY RETURNS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, HannahMary Jewellery must be informed by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt. A refund will be issued when goods have been received at the workshop, providing the product is sent back within 14 days of receipt, in its original, undamaged and unworn condition, carefully wrapped in its original packaging. Failure to do so will mean that HannahMary Jewellery will not accept returned fautly goods.
